In any case, to review; the main aspects of our contract are separate housing, weekly meetings, and a shared bank account from which I can make withdrawals and purchases within limits set by you. We may have to add additional, minor clauses in order to meet the bare minimum of what is required of this kind of contract, but that can be negotiated with the city at the time of signing.
